A new age has arisen. A group of super villains have proclaimed themselves Rulers of the world. They tried to breed a new form of super villains as enforcers, but instead accidentally developed Super Heroes. Some do not make themselves known. Will you?

Shadow remained in the cab when the rude cat girl left. He continued to ride around admiring the scenery when it happened. He saw something glisten in the sky. He used chaos control to quickly reach the tip of the building in which he saw the flash. It was then that he saw it. A chaos emerald. He was so happy. who would have thought. "So this is number 2." Shadow took the emerald and used chaos control to teleport away. A green flash filled the city.
